Service Guarantee:

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 2-Year or 24, 000-Mile Parts & Labor Warranty on our services. If you experience any issues related to the services we provided within the warranty period, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Notify us of the issue within a reasonable timeframe after the service was performed.
  • Provide documentation or evidence of the issue.
  • Allow us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and attempt to correct the issue.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic fees, if the repair is declined.
  • Parts that were specially ordered or are non-returnable.
  • Labor charges for services that were properly performed, even if the issue persists due to underlying problems not identified during the initial service.
  • Services performed on vehicles with pre-existing conditions that were disclosed prior to the service.

Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services as a resolution.

Warranty Claims:

If the issue is covered under our 2-Year or 24, 000-Mile Parts & Labor Warranty, we will repair or replace the defective parts or workmanship at no additional cost to you. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Dispute Resolution:

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss alternative resolutions. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and amicable manner.
